Rental rules
The short version: treat it like your own, return it on time, and DM us if anything comes up.
Reservations
- Rentals are 3 days by default. Extra days are $10/day.
- Reservations are first-come, first-served on the calendar.
- Your reservation is pending until we confirm payment.
- Venmo @bamaborrowed to secure your dates.
Try-ons & pickup
- Want to try before you rent? DM @bamaborrowed on Instagram to schedule.
- Pickup and return details are shared once your reservation is confirmed.
Refunds & cancellations
- Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of reserving.
- After 24 hours, reservations are non-refundable.
- If a rental is cancelled by us, you'll receive a full refund.
Late returns
- Rentals returned after the 3-day window are $10/day late.
- Please text if you'll be late so we can update the calendar.
Damage & care
- Do not wash the rental. We handle all cleaning.
- Minor stains are expected — you're not charged for normal wear.
- Damage beyond normal wear (tears, permanent stains, lost pieces) may be charged up to the replacement cost.
Fashion tape
- Use fashion tape only. Do not use safety pins, staples, or adhesives that leave residue.
- Always tape on skin, not fabric.
